Common Issues & Quick Fixes

App Won't Load / White Screen

  1. Hard reset: Press Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows)
  2. Check Settings > API status - ensure backend is running
  3. Changed the port? Restart the server →
  4. Clear browser cache and reload

Data Not Syncing

  1. Go to Settings > API Health - verify green status
  2. Check Settings > General - confirm backup location is writable
  3. Restart the application

Tasks/Projects Not Saving

  1. Export your data: Settings > API Health > Export Data
  2. Check Data Health for errors
  3. If corrupted, restore from latest backup in Settings

Performance Issues (Slow/Frozen)

  1. Reduce time range in Analytics (try 7 days vs 30 days)
  2. Close unused browser tabs
  3. Restart the application
